Weekly prices and availability can be found on this site. Short breaks from two nights are available, prices
 according to number of people and time of year. E-mail: diana@hopyardcottages.co.uk for details.

Generally weekly lets run from  3.30 p.m. on arrival day to 10.00 a.m. on departure day.

We are happy to accept Euros. Please convert the Sterling prices into Euros at the conversion rate current
on the day of payment. Due to bank charges, an additional 12 Euros is payable on each booking.

Bank transfer details can be supplied for guests abroad.

Cancellation insurance - we recommend guests consider taking out insurance to cover the costs of the holiday booking.

To Book a Cottage

1. Please contact by e-mail diana@hopyardcottages.co.uk or telephone 01873 830219 to confirm
   availability for the date and cottage you require.

2. The cottage will be reserved for you and held provisionally for five days.

3. To confirm your cottage print a copy of the Booking Form and return to Hopyard Farm Cottages with
   20% deposit or full payment (if less than six weeks to the date of your holiday).

Terms & Conditions

1. Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or email and these will be held for five days.
2. Confirmation of a booking will require a completed Booking Form and a 20% non-refundable deposit.
3. The balance of the full cost of the holiday is due six weeks before the start of the holiday.
4. The cottage can only be occupied by the listed number of people. The owners reserve the right to refuse
    admittance if this condition is not observed.
5. Cottages will be available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the
   day of departure.
6. Any complaints should be directed to the proprietor who will attempt to resolve any problems to the
   mutual satisfaction of both parties.
7. In the unfortunate case of cancelling a holiday the balance will be refunded only if the owners are
   successful in re-letting the cottage. Holiday cancellations must be made in writing and sent by first class post.
8. Cottages are let on the basis that all holiday makers will take due care and consideration while using the
   facilities and pay for any damage caused.
9. A refundable deposit of £200.00 is requested on arrival against unfair wear and tear, extra cleaning etc.
